Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. is seeking a Production and Operations Coordinator in Houston to oversee Production, Product Development, and Control Tower activities. You will drive daily plans, manage resources, and ensure quality, cost efficiency, and service levels across departments.

You will lead supervisors and area leaders, promote continuous improvement, and support team development while aligning with safety standards and company policies. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor in Operations, Warehouse, or Cooler areas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills and basic knowledge of Power BI.
• Knowledge of data analysis, production planning, inventory control, and operational cost management.
• Experience in the perishable goods industry is preferred.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize resources to execute daily operational plans, minimizing waste and optimizing efficiency.
• Coordinate production schedules and resource allocation to meet goals and customer requirements.
• Coordinate and execute Production, Control Tower, and Product Development activities, ensuring compliance with plans and effective resource management.
• Monitor production activities for compliance with procedures, specifications, quality standards, and company requirements.
• Record and update operational information accurately in company systems.
• Monitor schedules, workflow, and order fulfillment to ensure timely execution.
• Analyze KPIs, identify deviations, and report results to management.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead process optimization focusing on productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate supervisors and area leaders, fostering communication and employee development.
• Maintain cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and continuity.
