Joyce Meyer Ministries is seeking a Product Owner to oversee daily workflow, align roadmaps with ministry priorities, and collaborate with Salesforce and EagleFang teams to deliver impactful solutions.

You will manage backlog, ensure documentation accuracy, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize operations while supporting a hybrid work environment for team members across the ministry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 3+ years of experience in operations or product ownership.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily workload and workflow of team members.
• Ensure performance thresholds are met and operational efficiency is maintained.
• Address and resolve personnel-related issues with constructive feedback.
• Collaborate on measurable goals aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize business goals and processes.
• Communicate Sprint and Feature details to the Operations Management Team.
• Own product responsibilities with EagleFang and Salesforce Teams.
• Ensure proactive issue management and timely communication with the Business Team.
