You will identify requests, route work, and assist with indexing, scanning, mail-outs, and other operations with cross-training. Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years related work experience.
• Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to the assigned area, as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Open, sort, and review customer service mail to determine the appropriate processing route.
• Identify customer requests and route work to the correct processing area.
• Assist with indexing, scanning, mail-outs, and other operational support tasks.
