Job summary

Corebridge Financial, based in Houston, TX, is seeking a Senior Compliance Administrator to support plan sponsors with design, administration, and annual compliance testing for defined contribution plans. You will analyze census data, test results, and advise clients on issues while collaborating with Consulting Services on projects.

Responsibilities include meeting regulatory deadlines, performing 401(k)/403(b) nondiscrimination tests, and operating ASC systems.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience with defined contribution plans: 403(b), 401(k), and 401(a).
  • 3+ years’ experience with nondiscrimination testing and controlled group complexities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Ability to present information of a complex nature to all levels of management.
  • Strong project, research, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and with a team in a results/deadline driven environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
  • QKA, CPC, CEBS, TGPC designations strongly preferred.

With an understanding of the plans, the census data required, and the testing results you serve as a consultant to plan sponsors on any issues that arise during the annual testing process. Working on departmental projects and with Consulting Services will open opportunities to grow additional skills. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
