Job summary

Corebridge Financial in Houston, TX is seeking a corrections team member to help clients with financial services and act quickly to resolve account issues. The role involves correcting accounts on Retirement Services operating systems and communicating with advisors and field representatives to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities include reviewing complex financial documents, processing correction requests, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years business experience (VALIC experience is a plus)
  • 1+ years' experience creating and/or working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets as a tool to prepare simple and/or complex calculations (preferred)
  • SAP, TAPS and Wire Transfer experience preferred
  • 1+ years' experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping is preferred
  • Excellent written customer service skills that include the use of excel spreadsheets and shared documents
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent prioritization skills to manage caseload

Who You'll Work With

As a member of the Corrections Team, you will be helping clients with various financial services that impact their accounts. You will correct accounts on Retirement Services operating systems which may include but are not limited to the following: correct product features/services to the accounts, post funds and update required fields accurately, combine accounts, communicate directly with advisors and other key field representatives regarding corrective activity and ensure accuracy with all corrective activity.

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial's Houston, TX office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
