Phillips 66 is seeking an Associate Equipment Operator in Honolulu, Hawaii. This entry‑level role introduces you to payment processing and the financial services environment, with a focus on learning and performing clerical tasks in a secure, team‑oriented setting.
You will open, review, sort, and capture transactions into a proprietary system, handle mail, and support routine data entry and basic equipment operations while adhering to procedures and maintaining attention to detail.
This position is the first step in a rewarding career in financial services. You'll learn about payment processing and the financial services industry. Lockbox is a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline‑driven production environment working behind the scenes with little, if any, customer contact. In this role you’ll be performing general clerical operations tasks that may be routine in nature. You can expect to work in a shared space with a team atmosphere. As an Associate Equipment Operator, you will open, review, sort, and capture transactions into a proprietary processing system. Other duties may include receiving, logging, batching, scanning, preparing and distributing incoming and/or outgoing mail; verifying or matching data on documents; performing simple data entry tasks; and performing routine math calculations. You will be supported as you train under supervision. You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to follow procedures, and basic computer knowledge. The working environment is fun with a casual dress code in a highly secure facility.
