Responsibilities

• Serves as Operations Review Specialist for the Bureau Chief for Child Health Quality.
• Identifies and analyzes complex management processes; develops and implements solutions.
• Plans and implements special projects for the Bureau Chief for Child Health Quality.
• Manages projects within the section and reports updates to management.
• Monitors management information systems and designs necessary modifications.
• Supports recruitment, performance planning, and evaluations for direct reports.
• Coordinates with CMS Personnel Liaison on HR actions.
• Reviews and monitors HR roster databases for updates.
• Acts as Everbridge liaison for the Bureau of Child Health Quality.
• Serves as emergency contact and fire evacuation liaison for the Bureau.
