Job summary

Honda Federal Credit Union in Marysville, OH seeks an Operations Support Manager to oversee branch facilities, ITMs, and core operational processes. You will lead quality control audits for loans and memberships, manage regulatory reporting, and guide system upgrades and product rollouts to improve efficiency.

You will coach and develop operations staff to deliver outstanding member service, leveraging strong leadership and project management skills in a financial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial institution experience in branch operations, lending, or contact center environments.
• 2+ years of leadership and project management experience within a credit union or bank.
• Deep familiarity with financial core data processing systems and loan origination workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational support channels, facilities, and ITM vendor servicing.
• Direct quality control audits for loans, memberships, and regulatory reports.
• Oversee loan title perfections and drive process improvements for efficiency.
• Lead strategic operational projects, core system upgrades, and member-facing product rollouts.
• Coach, mentor, and develop operations personnel to deliver exceptional member service.
