Job summary

Honda Federal Credit Union is seeking an Operations Support Associate to strengthen accuracy, compliance, and risk management by auditing memberships, loans, IRA activity, and account maintenance. You will identify, track, and report audit findings and exceptions while ensuring policy adherence.

The role also handles title perfection and lien releases for consumer collateral loans, completes critical branch and operational reporting, and processes online memberships with ongoing quality control

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• 2-3 years in a financial services environment.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication with regulatory knowledge related to accounts and lending.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of new and closed memberships, loans, dormant accounts, IRA transactions and documentation.
• Title work: perfect lien on consumer collateral loans and release liens after payoff.
• Prepare and deliver branch/operational reports on schedule (FM sensitive, loans, payroll exceptions, etc.).
• Process online memberships and address change requests.
