• May lead six-sigma improvement teams.
• Interact with teammates in numerous global locations.
• May travel to other Emerson factories in the United States, UAE and Sweden.

Based in Pearland, TX, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the development of lean principles, automation of information transfer and monitoring and measuring systems and processes to meet quality, cost, schedule, safety and performance goals.

Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will:

• Work independently as a liaison between Administration, Inside Sales, Production, and Shipping departments.
