Job summary

The Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Director of Workforce Management Analytics to proactively identify labor optimization opportunities and analyze staffing levels, volume efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the property. The role requires a strong IT background, process improvement experience, and statistical analysis, reporting directly to the Director of Workforce Management.

Qualifications

Two or more years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to partner and communicate with property leaders.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting software.
Bachelor of Science in finance, business, accounting, or related field preferred.
Experience in hospitality operations and in a resort setting.
Superior communications skills.

Responsibilities

Observe, receive, and obtain information from relevant business sources.
Analyze staffing data and make recommendations to senior management.
Prepare detailed reports on findings and communicate guidelines to leaders.
Develop turnkey reports including data gathering, processing, automation, and documentation.
Perform ad-hoc analyses of labor issues.
Contribute to the strategic plan aligned with the division's vision.
Work with department heads to adjust staffing models and advise on scheduling.
