Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas seeks a Manager of Human Resources to lead a high-touch HR service model for team members and leaders. The role oversees benefits administration, onboarding, HR policy execution, and HRIS operations to ensure compliant, accurate services across the property.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least five years of HR experience, with strong proficiency in MS Office and Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
• 5+ years directly related HR experience preferred
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel) and HRIS experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-touch HR service model for team members and leaders
• Oversee benefits administration including enrollment, auditing and vendor relations
• Ensure HR policies, processes and systems comply with regulations and internal standards
• Manage HRIS platforms (Workday) to support operations, onboarding and reporting
• Provide guidance on benefits, payroll deductions and problem resolution
