Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance, FP&A, or analytical experience.
• Casino gaming, hospitality, or related industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and coordinate financial analysts or cross-functional teams.
• Technical proficiency with SQL, relational databases, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with Finance ERP systems; Workday or similar ERP is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coordinate a team of Financial Analysts within Corporate FP&A support.
• Oversee property-level FP&A support and collaborate with property finance teams.
• Support casino analysis, including gaming performance and profitability trends.
• Coordinate marketing financial reporting and reinvestment impact analysis across properties.
• Develop and enhance analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting packages.
• Utilize SQL and BI tools to improve reporting accuracy and automate analyses.
