The role emphasizes collaborating with branch management, conducting monthly reviews, and ensuring financial integrity of income statements and balance sheets. Travel up to 25% within the region is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of combined education and experience; leadership experience is preferred
• Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience 3-5 years
• Strong financial acumen and ability to teach variance analysis

Responsibilities

• Implements processes to track financial metrics across area of responsibility; focuses on sales, cost, and labor controls
• Evaluates financial risks and returns of new opportunities
• Partners with branch management to improve performance through regular reviews and KPI variance analysis
• Ensures compliance with company standards and policies and maintains internal accounting records
