Job summary

Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma seeks an accomplished senior operations leader to drive an integrated operating system across food supply, inventory, transportation and facilities. You will lead executive teams, coordinate across functions and ensure safe, reliable service to neighbors and partners.

Responsibilities include KPI development, budget oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and disaster readiness coordination, guiding teams to improve food availability, service levels and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, supply chain, logistics, nonprofit management or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible senior leadership experience.
• Experience leading managers with budgets, staffing and performance expectations.
• Experience developing budgets, operating plans, process standards and resource recommendations.
• Experience overseeing compliance related to safety, transportation, food handling, inventory or regulated operations.
• Experience coordinating across functional areas to support service delivery, risk management and operational continuity.
• Experience communicating operational information, recommendations and risks to senior leaders or governing bodies.

Responsibilities

• Build and run an integrated operating system connecting food flow, service, assets, people and performance across operational functions.
• Translate organizational strategy into operational priorities and cadences.
• Own KPI development, operating reviews, and capacity planning for leaders.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory, distribution, transportation, logistics, facilities and production.
• Clarify cross-functional handoffs with sourcing, customer service, safety and program leaders.
• Monitor performance, risks and resource use to ensure timely, transparent decisions.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance and replacement plans for equipment.
