Job summary

Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma is seeking a full-time Delivery and Supply Associate to support Hope’s Kitchen by delivering food and supplies, and coordinating kitchen resources. You will ensure meals reach sites safely, track returns, and communicate with partners to maintain smooth operations.

The role emphasizes food safety, route planning, documentation and ongoing coordination with production and program teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in common office applications including email, word processing and spreadsheets.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets organizational standards.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to complete a background check, motor vehicle record review, drug screening and physical assessment as required for the role.
• Ability to obtain required transportation clearances for assigned work, including ODOT clearance if applicable.
• Ability to obtain required food safety certifications, including AIB or ServSafe, if required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and supplies to scheduled sites and pickup locations so meals arrive where they are needed.
• Retrieve equipment, containers and utensils from each site the previous day for return to the kitchen.
• Track returned items carefully so kitchen resources remain available and unnecessary replacement costs are avoided.
• Upload daily information to the Kitchen Manager so records stay current and concerns can be addressed quickly.
• Report delivery or pickup issues so needed corrections can protect meal quality and delivery timing.
