Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the hourly workforce, plan and assign daily tasks, and drive department performance. You will coordinate with other departments to improve efficiency and safeguard assets.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse work with 3+ years in supervision; High School diploma; strong MS Office and inventory control system knowledge; and a commitment to safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience with warehouse work.
• 3 or more years of supervisory or management experience.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Participates in the recruitment of hourly employees for the warehouse.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Standing/Walking 75% of the time
• Stand or sit for long periods of time
• Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance
• Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand
• Job may require presence on-site at the assigned work location
