Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Florence, KY seeks an experienced warehouse supervisor to oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance. You will lead warehouse teams, coordinate with other departments, and drive cost controls while safeguarding assets and equipment reliability.

Required: 5+ years in warehousing and 3+ years in supervisory roles; High School Diploma/GED; proficient in MS Office and inventory systems. On-site role with standard benefits and safety compliance.

Job description

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Standing/Walking 75% of the time
• Stand or sit for long periods of time
• Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance
• Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand
• Job will require presence on-site at the assigned work location.

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Ability to analyze and resolve complex warehouse operational issues.
• Ability to be a team-player and work effectively with senior-level staff.
• Ability to manage and lead staff to excellent performance.
• Proficient at MS Office
• Ability to pay attention to detail and be highly organized.
• Ability to handle warehouse accounting and book-keeping.
• Working knowledge of electronic inventory control system
• Working knowledge of safety and security procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 5 or more years of experience with warehouse work.
• 3 or more years of supervisory or management experience

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
