Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead hourly warehouse staff on-site. You will oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance coaching, ensuring efficient operations and asset protection across shifts.

The role requires at least 5 years in warehouse work and 3+ years in a supervisory capacity, with strong MS Office skills and inventory control knowledge. On-site presence is mandatory; diverse benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of warehouse experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Job description

Physical Requirements

• Standing/Walking 75% of the time
• Stand or sit for long periods of time
• Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance
• Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand
• Job will require presence on‑site at the assigned work location.

• Ability to analyze and resolve complex warehouse operational issues.

Education and Experience
