Job summary

The Operations Manager at Brobston Group oversees the boutique's non-selling functions as part of the leadership team, directing day-to-day store operations and supporting the Boutique Manager and Boutique Director.

Responsibilities include payroll, POS functions, shipping and receiving, loss prevention, supply orders, expense control, facilities maintenance, workforce training, and delivering outstanding customer service to our guests.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of retail store management experience with a strong operations background.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise and fixtures; willingness to travel as needed.
