You will supervise teams, manage inventory and schedules, and partner with the General Manager to meet revenue goals. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential, with a track record of improving operations and safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or travel stop management.
• 2+ years managing operations with $2M+ annual sales.
• 2+ years analyzing budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple operations including store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, well-maintained facility with regular safety checks.
• Drive sales through effective merchandising, inventory, and ordering.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and cash integrity.
• Analyze financials including profit and loss and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
