You will supervise Office Administrator, Dispatchers, and field staff; conduct safety meetings; manage budgets and P&L awareness; travel within a75-mile radius daily; and balance 50/50 office-to-field

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management preferred.
• Traffic control management experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete written reports on vehicular deficiencies, accidents, incidents, complaints, injuries, and other issues.
• Create and implement effective strategies to foster business growth.
• Oversee all office and field staff.
• Collaborate with Field Supervisors for site auditing and compliance.
• Visit clients within a 75-mile radius daily.
• Spend 50% time in office and 50% in field.
• Conduct safety meetings and document personnel issues.
• Maintain safety and health rules for traffic control.
• Generate management reports as needed.
• Build and maintain customer relations.
• Coordinate safety trainings and weekly meetings.
