Job summary

Wright in Anderson, SC is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee field operations, coaching, and support to Traffic Controllers. Expect to spend 90% in the field and 10% in the office, reporting to the Operations Manager.

The role starts with a base pay of $18.00 per hour and includes company vehicle and benefits. Responsibilities include planning inspection routes, stocking vehicles, site safety checks, and ensuring paperwork is up to date.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in a professional manner.
• Strong verbal communication required - Customer facing experience preferred.
• Prior experience for leading, managing and supervising a team preferred.
• Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) certification preferred not required; must obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan job inspections routes.
• Stock vehicles with signs, equipment, and supplies.
• Travel to job sites and inspect for safety and quality violations.
• Complete and submit paperwork for field inspections.
• Be proficient in all Crew Lead activities.
• Check job sites and document observations.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at each site.
• Coordinate client needs and assist with scheduling.
