Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with trading or investments is strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand trading components and rationale without direct execution.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with data reconciliation across multiple sources.
• Experience creating macros; Copilot-assisted macro development welcomed.
• Familiarity with asset allocation and tax-aware placement.
• Strong attention to detail in a financial environment.
• Direct Orion experience is preferred; familiarity with other PM platforms is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Run and review reports in Orion to confirm workflows are proceeding as expected.
• Review cash and investment levels against tolerances and budgets.
• Analyze Orion data exports and reconcile information across Excel workbooks.
• Understand trades and portfolio actions while coordinating with the outsourced trading team.
• Work with advisors; back-office role with limited client meetings.
• Research solutions using Orion help resources and create macros with Copilot to streamline Excel workflows.
