Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in broker-dealer operations with QA/controls knowledge.
• Experience leading in an operational environment or as a top performer in GWIM Service Operations.
• Ability to provide clear examples of teamwork, analytics, and deadline-driven work.
• Intermediate MS Word/Excel skills including formulas, macros and pivot tables.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with mid-to-high monetary impact.
• Respond to client inquiries across channels to support efficiency and service quality.
• Analyze and resolve moderately complex transactions requiring escalation.
• Identify risks and opportunities for process improvements across operations.
• Pull reports and analyze data to support decision making and metrics.
