Job summary

St. Vincent Family Services in Columbus, OH, seeks a Manager of Support Services & Operations to lead and coordinate support service operations, including Food Services, EVS, Security, Purchasing, and vendor management.

In this role, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, drive continuous improvement, and provide leadership for capital projects and emergency preparedness to support clinical and residential operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• Five years progressively responsible operations management experience, preferably within healthcare, behavioral health, residential treatment, education, hospitality, or multi-site operations.
• Project Management or Resource management skills or direct experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Food Services/Dietary function to ensure high-quality, safe meals.
• Manage Environmental Services (EVS) to maintain hygienic facilities.
• Supervise Security services, with focus on off-hours awareness and incident escalation.
• Define SLAs and KPIs; monitor performance and manage escalations.
• Coordinate vendor selection, RFPs, and annual contract reviews.
• Oversee Purchasing to ensure cost-effective products and services.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets and performance metrics.
• Provide operational leadership during emergencies and incidents.
