Job summary

OhioHealth seeks a Supervisor of Facilities to lead maintenance, repairs, grounds work, and snow removal across campuses. You will oversee vendor contracts, manage budgets, and coordinate with Security, Safety Management, Environmental Services, and Parking Services to maintain a safe environment.

Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree; additional requirements cover building-code knowledge, project management experience, and at least 5 years in health-care or commercial

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree is required.
• High School Diploma is acceptable in addition to the degree requirement.
• Knowledge of building codes and standards (JCAHO, NFPA, OSHA, City of Columbus codes).
• Experience with project management, contracts, RFP/RFQ processes, construction methods, and reading blueprints/schedules.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises maintenance, preventive maintenance, grounds maintenance and snow removal at one or more sites.
• Coordinates work with multiple vendors/contractors, manages budgets, schedules training, and ensures safety with other departments.
• Assists in coordination, inspection, and approval of grounds maintenance and life-safety equipment, including monthly inspections.
