Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• Five years progressively responsible operations management experience, preferably within healthcare, behavioral health, residential treatment, education, hospitality, or multi-site operations.
• Project Management or Resource management skills or direct experience is a strong plus.
• Direct facilities management or understanding of facility management is a strong plus as well as OSHA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Leads coordination and continuous improvement of support services.
• Oversees Food/Dietary, EVS, Security, Purchasing, and vendor management.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and safety in all facilities.
• Partners with Director and executive team to plan capital projects.
• Manages budgets and vendor contracts with cost effectiveness.
