Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will be a solutions provider! As a Fixed Operations Manager, your goal will be to keep business running smoothly, solve business-related issues, and work to reduce or eliminate future occurrences.
  • Oversee the entire facility and maintenance, including lot management and assisting with inventory.
  • Collaborate with Service, Parts, and Sales Managers to interview and staff departments.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and management at the store level.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Ensure all departments operate smoothly and work together to achieve organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
  • Be results-driven with a desire to make a positive impact.
Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Prior retail management experience is required.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • A competitive sales nature combined with being team-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen and provide solutions to close sales.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
