Job Description: Shop Manager

What You Will Do:
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new team members
  • Create schedules and handle payroll
  • Manage inventory, conduct periodic inventory audits, and restock supplies
  • Understand financials to meet shop targets and manage budgets
  • Conduct employee evaluations
  • Support team with auto services like oil changes and filter replacements
  • Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in a shallow pit under vehicles
