Job summary

Texas Disposal Systems is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee city and transfer contracts, assist with market development, and coordinate with directors, managers, drivers, and customers. Qualifications

• At least two years of management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read and understand budgets and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train drivers and staff at the assigned facility.
• Ensure daily work is completed by drivers and staff.
• Supervise drivers and inspect company vehicles.
• Coordinate with central dispatch and other departments.
• Maintain KPIs and analyze route data for quality service.
• Monitor driver hours to ensure TXDOT compliance and cost control.
• Develop good relations with city and local communities.
