Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Retail Operations Manager for the Diesel store at Sawgrass Outlet. You will lead daily operations, drive on-brand customer experience, and enhance inventory accuracy while partnering with the Store Manager to manage expenses and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include overseeing opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, inventory counts, and KPI-driven action plans.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail management experience with focus on operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team of 10+ associates.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and retail management systems.
• Familiarity with loss prevention practices, inventory audit processes, and safety compliance.

• Ensure execution of operational standards, visual merchandising, signage, and brand presentation.
• Manage scheduling, floor coverage, and serve as Manager on Duty to support the business.
• Oversee receiving, processing, cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation processes.
• Monitor KPIs (units per transaction, shrink, payroll) and implement action plans to drive results.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and conduct performance management for store associates.
• Coordinate floor sets, promotional updates, seasonal changeovers, and maintenance requests.

• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
