Ironclad Powered by Mersino, a national provider of liquid storage and environmental rental solutions, seeks an Operations Manager to drive operational success and safety initiatives. You will implement KPIs and SOPs, train staff, and collaborate with branch and regional leaders to optimize fleet and labor utilization.

Responsibilities include quarterly inventory counts, capacity planning for UOR growth, and ensuring on‑time, high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing/operations.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑department relationships with execs and field leadership.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on quality and performance.
• Excellent customer presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in leasing or logistics/transportation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive operational success and safety initiatives.
• Oversee safety training and KPI/SOP implementation.
• Collaborate with Branch/Regional Managers and corporate teams to meet KPIs.
• Optimize fleet and labor utilization to meet demand.
• Conduct quarterly inventory counts of fleet, rolling stock, and PPE.
• Utilize capacity planning for UOR growth and VAPS inventory.
• Train and monitor staff on Standard Work Instructions.
• Ensure on‑time, cost‑effective, high‑quality service delivery.
• Lead branch assessments and drive continuous improvement.
