Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to drive safety initiatives, KPIs, and operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost control. You will lead training programs, standard work, and collaborations with Branch and Regional managers to optimize fleets, labor, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant field experience.
• 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing cross-department relationships with executive leadership.
• Proven track record in leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality/performance.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in leasing or logistics/transport sectors is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, transportation, and environmental policies through training and assessments.
• Implement and maintain standard work instructions with strong training and communication.
• Collaborate with Branch, Regional, and corporate teams to meet KPIs.
• Optimize fleet and labor utilization to meet customer demand.
• Conduct quarterly inventory counts for fleet, rolling stock, and PPE.
• Utilize capacity planning tools to support unit on rent growth and inventory management.
• Train and monitor service employees on Standard Work Instructions.
• Provide safe, timely, cost-effective, high-quality delivery of services.
• Lead periodic branch assessments to evaluate performance and drive development.
• Use Net Promoter Score (NPS) to address internal issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure on-time deliveries, returns, and First Time Quality.
