Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a New-Construction Operations Manager in Richmond, VA (Petersburg) to lead branch operations, sales and production. The role emphasizes driving production and sales processes, mentoring a growing team, and liaising with local vendors and subs to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate has strong residential construction knowledge, a servant-leader mindset, and the energy to manage multiple homes simultaneously while maintaining a sharp focus on budget,

Responsibilities

• Review new leads with Sales Team.
• Review advertising and approve budget.
• Provide weekly updates with Division President.
• Review sales pipeline, contracts, starts, warranty, settlements, etc.
• Review projections and challenges with managers and corporate leadership.
• Conduct job inspections when necessary.
• Hold final review meetings and plan reviews.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor and supervise employees, subs and vendors.
• Demonstrate networking expertise.
• Negotiate contracts and hire subs and suppliers.
• Review overhead costs and general P&L.
• Address customer concerns and communicate resolutions.

A National leader in the custom home building industry, is looking for a New-Construction Operations Manager in Richmond, VA (Petersburg)

The ideal candidate must possess a strong knowledge of custom residential construction, familiar with production building (multiple homes at one time), hard work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a servant-leader management style.

The candidate will preferable be from/familiar with the South Richmond VA area & knows the local vendors/subs/etc to acclimate more quickly to the operations.

This company is looking for the right person with “positive energy” and strong leadership abilities that will constantly be driving the Production & Sales processes as well as growing the team.

Here is the basic breakdown of their approach to managing all aspects of the branch operations, sales & production for our office clientele & staff.

Overview of Priorities:

• Review new leads with Sales Team
• Review advertising and approve budget
• Updates with Division President weekly
• Review sales pipeline, contracts, Starts, Warranty, Settlements, etc
• Review projections and challenges with managers & Corporate leadership.

• Job inspection when necessary
• Final Review meetings
• Plan reviews
• Recruit/hire/train/mentor/supervise employees, subs and vendors
