Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Richmond, VA seeks a New-Construction Operations Manager to lead branch operations for custom home building.

The role focuses on driving Production & Sales processes, mentoring staff, and building strong vendor relationships in the South Richmond area. You will oversee leads, budgets, weekly updates with Division President, review pipelines, plan and hire subs, review overhead and P&L, and address customer concerns.

Job Description

A National leader in the custom home building industry, is looking for a New-Construction Operations Manager in Richmond, VA (Petersburg)

The ideal candidate must possess a strong knowledge of custom residential construction, familiar with production building (multiple homes at one time), hard work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a servant-leader management style.

The candidate will preferable be from/familiar with the South Richmond VA area & knows the local vendors/subs/etc to acclimate more quickly to the operations.

This company is looking for the right person with “positive energy” and strong leadership abilities that will constantly be driving the Production & Sales processes as well as growing the team.

Here is the basic breakdown of their approach to managing all aspects of the branch operations, sales & production for our office clientele & staff.

Overview of Priorities:

• Review new leads with Sales Team
• Review advertising and approve budget
• Updates with Division President weekly

• Competitive salary (average ~$125-150k/year DOE) + Bonus'
• Bonus structure based on Branch profit/sales (3% of volume)
