Job summary

CVS Health is hiring an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team and drive store execution, inventory control, staffing and customer service excellence. You will lead a team under the Store Manager, overseeing policy implementation, financial management and employee development to ensure an engaging customer experience.

Expect to manage sales and inventory, train staff, and uphold CVS standards while fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Management: Lead others and work effectively with store crews
• Management: Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew
• Management: Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Management: Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement
• Customer Service: Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
• Customer Service: Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
