Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team in Spokane, WA. You will lead a store crew, oversee execution, and drive performance while fostering exceptional customer service and loyalty for CVS/pharmacy.

Under the Store Manager's supervision, you will hire and train staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and budgets, and implement actions that improve operations and service quality across the store. A full-time schedule with rotating shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and advanced analytical skills required.
• Strong communication, leadership and people-influencing abilities.
• Willingness to work a full-time, flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew.
• Communicate information openly and timely to store crew and supervisors.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
