OnTrac is seeking a HUB Operations Manager in Reno, NV to lead facility operations, drive efficiency, and foster a positive work culture at the Reno facility. The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on strategic leadership and day-to-day optimization of warehouse activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of management experience, including 2 in a similar industry, with strong negotiation and team-building skills.

• 6 years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education

• Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services
• Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives
• Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly. Systematically report these results to the Regional Operations and General Managers
• Responsible for coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions
• Ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and work with Vendors and Independent Contractors for accountability to the operating agreement

OnTrac is hiring a HUB Operations Manager in Reno, NV!

This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.

Compensation:

The expected starting base pay range for this position is $84,000 - $105,000,with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $105,000- $126,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Shift:

Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Schedule subject to change based on the needs of the business)

Employment Logistics:

As the Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the General Manager. You will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership as well as overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing personnel, implementing strategic processes, and sustaining a positive work culture within the warehouse.

The Must-Haves:

• GED/Diploma required, bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred
• A minimum of 5 years’ management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of both education and specific work experience
• 6 years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Last-mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired
• Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills
• Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team
• Strong organization and time-management skills utilizing MS Office Suite

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• You will regularly need to talk or listen.
• You will frequently need to stand, walk, sit, and use your hands to handle or feel.
• The physical activity associated with this position is considered high. You will regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• You are occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
