OnTrac is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager (Site Leader) in Pittsburgh, PA to lead daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

The role reports to the Regional Director and requires guiding an operations management team across shifts to execute plans and initiatives effectively. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of management experience (2 in a similar industry), strong negotiation skills, and a background in last-mile or small parcel delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have GED or Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Last-mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired.
• Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills
• Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team
• Strong organization and time-management skills using MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct facility management in development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services.
• Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.

Location

1470 River Ave Pittsburgh, PA 15212. This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.

Compensation

The expected starting base pay range for this position is $99,560 - 124,450, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $124,450 – 149,340. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Employment Logistics

As the Senior Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the Regional Director and lead the day-to-day execution of warehouse operations across assigned shifts and operating areas. You will provide direct leadership to the facility’s operations management team and ensure operating plans are executed safely, efficiently, and consistently.

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for translating facility goals into daily action, coordinating performance across shifts, removing operational barriers, and driving continuous improvement in safety, service, productivity, quality, and cost. This position may act on behalf of the Hub Director when delegated and will support facility-wide initiatives and special projects as needed.
