Compensation

The hourly pay rate for this position is $21.50 per hour.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job‑related factors.

Shift(s)/Schedule(s)

• Thurday - Monday from 4:00pm to 12:30am
• Hours subject to change depending on business needs

The Must-Haves

• Minimum of two (2) years administrative or clerical experience, Fleet experience preferred.
• High School Diploma is required.

• Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program
• Consistent and effective follow-up with facility personnel on maintenance issues
• The daily administration of fleet maintenance records, daily processing of fleet invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet DepartmentField telephone calls, file, and data entry
• Maintain all fleet files and costing sheet

• You are proficient in Windows applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• You demonstrate excellent fast and accurate data entry skills.
