Job Summary
The Manager of Operations, Release of Information, is responsible for ensuring all tasks are performed consistently, timely, and professionally. This role ensures alignment with objectives, values, and mission, and focuses on employee engagement, work quality, operational efficiency, planning, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The Manager will collaborate with the Director of Operations and other leaders to implement processes that deliver excellent member experience and market-leading performance. Up to 25% travel may be required.
