Job summary

EG4 Electronics is seeking an Operations Manager to optimize daily processes and drive productivity in Sulphur Springs, TX. The role focuses on refining business operations, managing projects, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, experience with end-to-end operations, and the ability to improve efficiency while controlling costs. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end operations including order fulfillment, production planning, inventory control, and post-sales support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily operational processes to support business objectives and improve productivity.
• Develop and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve operational challenges.
• Manage and track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership.
• Coordinate resource allocation, timelines, and priorities to meet departmental goals.
• Support project management initiatives and ensure timely completion of operational projects.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and support the development of best practices.
• Serve as a liaison between operations and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals.
