Job summary

Event-Services-Group seeks an organized Process Manager to design, implement, and improve ESG’s production planning, scheduling, and SOPs. You will document workflows, monitor adoption, and train teams to ensure consistent process execution across departments.

You will lead process ownership with Department Heads, track performance metrics, and drive practical improvements to reduce delays and enhance efficiency. This is an on-site role in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, process improvement, project coordination, production planning, or a related field.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining SOPs, workflows, processes, or operational documentation.
• Experience with scheduling, project tracking, Gantt charts, milestones, or similar planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, implement, maintain, and improve operational SOPs, workflows, templates, checklists, and process documentation.
• Work with Department Heads and employees to document current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Establish standards for process documentation and maintain a centralized library of current SOPs and related materials.
• Review workflows for unnecessary steps, duplication, delays, and recurring issues.
• Recommend practical changes to improve efficiency, consistency, and communication.
• Coordinate implementation of approved process changes across relevant departments.
• Monitor newly implemented processes for adoption, effectiveness, and areas requiring additional support.
• Train employees and leaders on established processes and procedures.
