Job summary

StraCon Services Group, LLC. seeks a Manager/Operations Manager, Journeyman at Patuxent River, MD to oversee day-to-day operations for the NAVAIR PMA's FMS team. The role includes coordinating schedules, documentation, and coordination with government personnel.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS, U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and 3–10 years of related experience. Base salary ranges from $72,000 to $109,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with government program management and FMS support.
• Ability to consolidate input for executive level briefs and presentations.
• Experience with creating and maintaining organizational charts and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations and screen/distribute correspondence.
• Prepare COOP and emergency procedures desk cards for government review.
• Develop and maintain floor plans, organization charts, seating charts, and coordinate facility work.
• Prepare and consolidate input for professional briefs and presentations for PM, DPM, and IPT audiences.
