StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Manager/Operations Manager, Journeyman at Patuxent River, MD to support a NAVAIR PMA's FMS team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, coordinating facilities, and developing briefs for executive audiences.

The role requires US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. The position offers a base salary range of $72,000 to $109,000 with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of experience in related operations roles.
• BA/BS degree required; substitutions allowed as described.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations.
• Screen and distribute all correspondence.
• Maintain the Program Office Awards Master List and nomination criteria.
• Prepare and maintain a COOP and emergency procedures desk cards and forward to the Government for review and approval.
• Prepare and update floor plans, organization charts, and seating charts; coordinate facility work (HVAC, repairs, DRMO).
• Develop and maintain contact lists and respond to muster drills.
• Review and provide recommendations regarding program documentation.
• Prepare documentation for program reviews and briefs (APORs, ERB, ESB).
• Develop, prepare and consolidate input for briefs to various audiences (PEO(UandW), NAVAIR Commander, ASN(RD&A), OUSD, fleet).
• Design and develop complex 2D/3D graphics and animation; edit video productions.
