StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Cooperative Foreign Military Sales Analyst/Management Analyst, Journeyman in Patuxent River, MD. The role focuses on analytic evaluation of program objectives and managing FMS casework under ITAR and DoD policies.

Requires 3–10 years of relevant experience, a BA/BS (or substitutions), US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. The base salary range is $74,000–$112,000 with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substitutions allowed as listed.
• 3–10 years of professional experience in the field.
• Experience performing duties for FMS, security assistance, or security cooperation programs.
• At least 2 years demonstrated experience with FMS casework.
• US citizenship required; ability to obtain Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Applies analytic techniques in evaluating program objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, and business case analyses.
• Interprets data related to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program status and schedules.
• Supports FMS casework and related program activities.
• Assists Case Manager/Program Manager in analyzing and managing FMS casework per ITAR and DoD guidance.
