Job summary

EverLine Coatings and Services Baton Rouge is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily pavement maintenance operations. You will manage field crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure project safety, quality, and on-time completion.

The right candidate leads by example, is mechanically inclined, and excels in both field and office settings. You will also train crews, conduct safety briefings, communicate with customers, and ensure equipment is well-maintained and ready for jobs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in construction, pavement maintenance, or related field.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience supervising field crews.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules for field crews and equipment.
• Coordinate jobs to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, train, and develop field technicians; conduct safety meetings.
• Serve as primary contact with customers before, during, and after projects.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment; coordinate repairs when needed.
• Maintain inventory of paint, supplies, and replacement parts.
• Inspect completed work for quality and safety; ensure OSHA compliance.
