• Knowledge of scheduling and operations processes.

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and staff.
• Manage scheduling, tasks, and project timelines.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Recruit and train new employees as needed.
• Prepare regular reports for ownership.
