Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership with a love for teaching and growing people.
• Competent computer skills; Agility Distribution Software a plus.
• 3+ years in Building Materials; hardwood lumber expertise a plus; cabinet hardware knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage 12-person and growing employee team.
• Manage the daily operations of the branch.
• Oversee Warehouse Management, Organization and Safety.
• Oversee Will Call Sales Team and daily delivery Operations.
• Oversee Branch Safety.
• Evaluate all aspects of the Operations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Provide leadership to all branch members to help create a great work environment with outstanding customer service, efficiency and profitability.
